A Media -Youth Interaction programme was held by the Society for Open Nepal (SFON) Club, Budhanilkantha Chapter at Budhanilkantha School on the 21st of February.

The interaction programme was a platform for some of the leading media personnel of the country to share their views with the students of around the valley.

Remaining parallel to the SFON objectives, the interaction programme was aimed at shedding some light upon the relationship between media and the youth. Yuvaraj Ghimire, Kunda Dixit, Pooja Gurung, and Malvika Subba spoke on various topics.

SFON, an organization formed by US-based ex-students of Budhanilkantha School, commits itself in providing impetus in transforming Nepal into a knowledge-based society and bridging the digital divide between the developed and developing countries remaining focused on projects for education, science, health and technology.

The audience of what later turned out to be a very participative talk programme included students from Nobel Academy, Malpi College, St. Xavier’s College, Capital College and Research Center and Budhanilkantha School.
