What is Funded

SFON will work through its chapters based in Nepal on projects that will provide impetus in transforming Nepal into a knowledge-based open society. SFON will raise funds and work via its chapters. It will focus on three key areas of development in its funding: Education, Science & Technology, and Economic and Social reforms. 

SFON short term goal is to get involved in programs in Nepal directly and understand the physics of non-profit project execution in Nepal. This way SFON will be able to pick the most effective ways of successfully executing selective projects that are geared towards its mission.
